This CPD certified Postgraduate Diploma in Management is an intensive 26-week course made up of four compulsory courses, two elective modules and an independent major project.
The primary aim of this diploma programme is to provide participants with knowledge which is based on latest industry trends and contemporary global dynamics. The diploma is delivered by a team of experts who possess an extensive level of industry experience across their areas of specialisation. This will enable them to inspire you with a corporate focussed approach and practically demonstrate as to how modern management theories are put in to practice by various corporate players in running FTSE 100 and other blue chip companies.
You will come across management theories and learn through group discussions, considering real life scenarios and case studies including areas such as international business, entrepreneurship, human capital development and talent management.
This strategic business course will equip you with the tools and skills necessary to become an outstanding leader and will inspire confidence in yourself to take up senior management roles. You will be armed with skills that will help you empower your team or subordinates, so you can help them achieve their best, targeting their strengths and minimising the impacts of their weaknesses on your team.
The Postgraduate Diploma in Management programme runs for two semesters and comprise of four mandatory courses and two elective courses. You will undertake an independent major project under the supervision of a specialist tutor during your second semester.
